As per company policy we do process exchanges for Shapewear,

Additionally, we will also process an exchange for manufacturing defects We provide you with the size charts for each particular line to make sure the correct size is ordered for each garment, as it may vary depending on the material to make sure customer orders correct size.  

*NO MONEY BACK REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES!

All subject to a careful inspection by our exchange department staff. In order for the item to be accepted it must fulfill these requirements:

• Unworn ( having the trainer on longer than 10 minutes is considered worn )
• No personal scents/perfume
• No stains
• All tags attached
• All packaging must be included ( clear plastic bag & packaging cardboard )
• No apparent stretching or wrinkling
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Include the return and exchange form (download below)
• Received within 2 days after receipt of receiving order.
• Not a sale item ( all sale items are final sale)

Shipping:

*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send the returned items back to AnnaMira company  and for re-shipping for exchanges. To avoid any delays include a money order/cashiers check payable to:  AnnaMira company for 2 OMR in the parcel with your items. If not, we will send you an invoice for the amount via email. Once the shipping fee is paid, your exchange will be processed and shipped.
